Our Story

Founded in 2006 in Queensland, plum-mist began as a small workshop focused on crafting custom timber windows for heritage restorations. What started with three dedicated craftspeople has evolved into one of Australia's respected window manufacturers, though we've never lost sight of our commitment to quality and personalised service.

Over the years, we expanded our capabilities to include aluminium and hybrid window systems, responding to changing architectural trends and energy efficiency demands. Our manufacturing facility in Yatala combines time-honoured joinery techniques with computer-aided precision cutting and automated sealing systems.

Today, our team of over forty specialists serves residential builders, renovation contractors, and homeowners throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Every window that leaves our facility carries our founder's original promise: windows built to last.

Our Facility

Our 3,200 square metre manufacturing facility in Yatala houses dedicated production lines for aluminium, timber, and composite window systems. The layout allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality control at each stage.
